Order Movement and Delivery Terms
Frontline Source Group Holdings LLC uses this Shipping Policy to describe how orders are accepted for fulfillment, transferred to carriers, and monitored through the delivery cycle. Fulfillment Start Point
Order fulfillment begins only after payment approval, order review, and confirmation that the shipment can be processed under available service conditions. Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days, although handling time can be longer during holidays, unusual order volume, carrier interruptions, or address verification events.
Delivery Services
Available shipping methods are shown during checkout based on destination, package profile, and carrier service coverage. Not all service levels are available for every address, and carrier options may change if the shipment involves route restrictions, oversized packaging, or delivery-area limitations.
Shipping Costs

Transit Estimates

Tracking Availability
When tracking is supported by the selected shipping service, shipment confirmation details are sent to the customer using the email address provided at checkout. Tracking visibility depends on carrier scan activity, so status updates may not appear immediately after shipping labels are created or packages are first tendered.
Customer Address Obligations
Customers are responsible for supplying complete and accurate shipping details before checkout is finalized. Frontline Source Group Holdings LLC is not responsible for shipment delays, failed delivery attempts, or losses resulting from incorrect street information, missing unit identifiers, invalid recipient data, or undeliverable address entries.
Returned shipments caused by address errors, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping payment before reshipment is arranged. Initial shipping charges may be non-refundable once processing and carrier handoff have already occurred.
Shipping Exceptions
If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or cannot be located after a delivery scan, the customer should contact the business promptly using the contact details below. Review of delivery claims may require photographs, shipping label information, carrier tracking records, or other documentation reasonably needed to assess the issue.
